Kid Power Organics is a line of natural products created with a purpose. When the idea to make goat milk soap first materialized in Linda’s head, she was thinking that it would be a cool STEM project to teach kids about chemistry.

From the beginning, Linda focused on making a soap she would want to use: only natural ingredients and essential oils, with some oatmeal to make it exfoliating. Johanne Wilson from COOL Creative, Inc., designed the branding. The creative process was exhilarating.

The more Linda researched the benefits of goat milk and goat milk soap, the more she started to consider how the soap itself could represent sustainability and self-sufficiency for families living in developing countries. She began to think about how one goat could change the life of a family living in Kratie Province, Cambodia.

One milk goat can produce up to 90 liters of milk per month. Goat milk is higher in protein and lower in fat content than cow milk. Plus, goats are smaller than cows. They require less space.

Linda’s long-term goal is to develop Kid Power Goat Milk Soap, Goat Milk Body Butter, Lip Balm, Beard Oil, and Beard Balm in rural Cambodia, incorporating an eco-farm, in collaboration with Cambodian Care.

Ten percent of all sales support Cambodian Care’s Light of Future Schools in Cambodia.
